These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of prosperisnow.com (“Prosperis”) and the enrollment in our training programs. By using our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are intended for adult participants, typically directors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Services

Prosperis provides professional training in economic and spiritual development. Services may be offered online, in person, or through blended formats. We reserve the right to update or discontinue programs at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Prosperis does not store credit card data.

5. Refund and Return Policy

5.1 Services (Training, Workshops, Retreats)

• You may cancel enrollment and request a full refund up to 14 days before the scheduled start date.
• If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, fees are non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule once to a later session, subject to availability.
• Once a program has begun, fees are non-refundable as resources and instructors have already been allocated.

5.2 Digital Products (Guides, Recordings, Course Materials)

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, as they cannot be returned.
• If technical issues prevent access, please contact support within 14 days for assistance or replacement access.

5.3 Physical Goods (Printed Books, Workbooks, Training Kits)

• Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were defective or shipped in error.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
• Used, damaged, or incomplete items are non-refundable.

6. Delivery

Digital content is typically delivered immediately after purchase. Physical goods are shipped according to estimated timelines provided at checkout. Services are delivered in line with published schedules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prosperis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of materials. Outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
